Well, Kyle is soon to turn the big 2.0!
Preparations are underway for his party. Of course, the theme of the party could not be anything other than Thomas the Tank Engine. This child is absolutely obsessed with Thomas and Friends.
Mommy has been working very hard to make this a really great party. She has been finding so much great stuff for decorations, rented an Elmo jumper (they didn't have Thomas), and found all the balloons, invitations, plates, napkins, goody-bag stuff....you name it, she's found it!
The party will be at Grandma's house and, of course, Grandma has already been looking around to find the perfect Thomas cake design for our little engineer.
Also, Grammy will be coming out to spend his birthday with us. When told about Grammy coming, Kyle's first reaction was, "Grammy coming? Jack coming?" So we had to explain to him that Grammy would not be bringing Jack with her.
We're excited for the big day! It should be a lot of fun!!

I'm glad Coda's learning the drums. Hopefully he'll learn several different instruments. Keep him well-rounded. :-)
