Disneyland '08 - Part II

Welcome to Part II of the Disneyland '08 trip!

We are finally bringing you some much anticipated pictures of the shortest member of our household. There were quite a few pictures to choose from, so I took great pains to sift through them all to bring you the ones that I thought best represented our trip. (You may now experience feelings of sympathy for my plight...NOT!)

All in all, we had a great time, as you'll see. So, sit back and relax and we'll walk you through our Disneyland experience.

First, of course, one must start with a good breakfast. Much energy will be needed.

I love this look! Great blackmail photo for his dating years. :-)

Ok. We made it into the park! Welcome to Disneyland!!

I love Main Street at Christmas time!

At two, it's a bit difficult to understand a rodent over five feet tall.
Of course, once he walked away from Mickey, he was all excited that he saw him.

Once again, the during part seemed much less exciting than the after part.
He walked away all excited, yelling "I did it!!" Yes, you did, buddy.

Kyle's a tough audience. Even Goofy couldn't get a smile out of him (again, until afterward).

Minnie Mouse gets a big kiss from Kyle!

Kyle insisted that Grandma had to push the stroller.
Mommy and Daddy were not allowed to push.

In the interest of not having a mile-long list of pictures, we'll continue Day One later.

It was a good day. He saw all the characters pictured above, rode on "It's a Small World" and a few other rides (more pictures to come), including the Pinocchio ride which he did not like at all. A bit too scary, dark and loud for a two-year-old.

He did really great even when we were waiting in lines for 20-30 minutes. And, everywhere he went, he could always here the train whistle from any distance. It quickly became apparent that we'd have to find our way to the train while we were there.

Anyway, that's a good portion of Day One. The rest of Day One will be coming to you shortly. So, enjoy the pictures and stay tuned for more!
