Out With the Old...

If you recall, I mentioned something about putting my dad to work while he was out here. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. I figured it would be easiest to show pictures of what we did.

After three days of work, my dad and I can now say that we’ve installed a bay window, we’ve done roofing, and done structural work. Maybe it’s not exactly like doing the whole thing completely from scratch.

Here is the old play set. It was somewhat decent, though a bit small for our growing toddler.

 

And here is the new play set. When we brought it home, there were not two pieces of wood connected together. Between dad, me and John-Paul, we put the whole thing together.
